WHAT'S NEW WITH CRYSTAL BEACH VACATIONS?

SUMMER SEASON RESERVATIONS:

Beginning December 1, reservations for the 2008 Summer Season are being taken by our Rental Managers. Call early to reserve the home of your choice for the busiest time of the year. Key holidays, like Memorial Day, the 4th of July, and Labor Day rent up quickly, so make sure to call extra early if those are your choices for the summer. HOMES FOR SALE?

If you have recently rented from us, you noticed that we have "For Sale" signs on some of our homes,
namely: Sea Biscuit and Clam Digger. Does this mean that we are getting out of the vacation home business? Definitely not! We are simply looking for opportunities to diversify our rental offerings, where possible. If any of our homes sell, we intend to reinvest in other beach properties. It's our way of
making sure we offer the most up-to-date and desirable beach rental homes available.

THE ANCHOR'N & NAUTILIS:

The Anchor'N and Nautilus homes now have new owners, and will no longer be featured on this web site. Both of these popular homes will continue to be managed by Swede's Real Estate, and will continue to be available as vacation rental homes. To our valued customers who have vacationed in these homes, we say; "Thank you for renting from us over the years, and we hope you will continue to vacation with us in the future."

NEW ATTRACTIONS IN CRYSTAL BEACH!

Be sure to visit the new Bolivar Peninsula Art Gallery and Museum, on Highway 87 across from the new Crenshaw School building. It was opened this spring by the Bolivar Peninsula Cultural Foundation,
