The "Spoonbill, our newest beach house rental, was just completed
in June, 2006. It is located on the third row from the beach in
the beautiful Sand Castle Subdivision in Crystal Beach. A uniquely
decorated, very bright home, is artistically appointed throughout.
With views of the Gulf of Mexico from the large, partially covered
sundeck, it is only a short walk from the subdivision walkway/golf
cart access over the dune to the beach.
This luxurious beach house rental sleeps 12 - with 3 bedrooms
and 2 baths - features a large open living, dining, and kitchen
area for all your guests to gather and socialize. All appliances,
main floor laundry room, Satellite TV with DVD/VCR and TIVO in
the living room make this beach house rental the perfect setting
for a totally relaxaing Crystal Beach Vacation. All bedrooms
have satellite TV.
Under the house is a shady area with two porch swings, a picnic
table, an outside hot and cold shower, and plenty of room for
grilling steaks. The garage and extra-large driveway accommodates
lots of vehicles. On your way to the beach, pause to see the ducks
and migratory birds that frequent our subdivision’s fishable
lagoon, which is stocked with catfish, sunfish, blue crabs, and
turtles. No fishing license is required to try your luck with
a fishing pole. |
